Or if you want to do it so that you can tweek it a lot (like if you make a lot of mistakes like me) add an adjustment layer (Layer-Adjustment Layers-Adjust Hue/Saturation and turn the saturation all the way to the left)on top of your pic and then use your brush tool to paint (with black) the parts of your pic you want to show through color. If you make a mistake then just paint the mistake with white and it will correct it. I usually work in big chunks then zoom way in to clean up my mistakes to make it look good. HTH!
