I recommend unzipping them into a folder outside of your windows files (Do not just randomly install all of your fonts) and then use a font browser like Font Thing to browse/load/install/uninstall your fonts as you need them. Having too many fonts installed at once taxes your operating system (as well as Photoshop, or any other program you use that requires loading all those fonts). A font browser keeps things nice and neat and allows you to uninstall those extra fonts wen you don't need them.
Font Thing also lets you type in specific type and you can view that type in any given font you have on your system. This helps you pick that perfect font for your layout before you install it.
