Actually, I did that thinking it was part of the package, but it's not. Just added for the promo picture.
I got the vellum part just fine, apparently I've been doing it for years, just not calling it "vellum" (since that's a "real world" term, not a computer graphics term).
As for the border, I finally worked out both using cut out and bevel features, so thanks!
