As Amy mentioned, you won't find any legal digital Disney kits.

Your best bet is to hit your LSS and buy paper Disney products and scan them in to use in your scrapping. The rule there is one sheet = one scan, so if you're making a two page layout with the same background paper, you'll need to buy two sheets. After you scan in, then you need to throw the paper(s) away.

There should be plenty of wedding kits here or at other consignment stores as it's a pretty popular theme. I've seen a few Vegas/casino kits, I think, but I don't know any locations of the top of my head.
