Yes well I'm seriously considering getting high-speed even though the prices where we live are ridiculous. In the meantime, I think I can have someone else upload the files for me.

When I upload to the ftp, where am I uploading it to - the server of the ftp? Does this have to be the same as the ftp client. And when people download something, are they doing this through the FTP server?
