If you do your text on one layer with the word/s on it that you wish to fill your 'page with, just duplicate that layer however manytimes you think it will take to fill the page.

Then with your mover tool just move each layer to where you want it. This allows you to not only move it but also rotate the word if you want to.

Once you have done that hide all the other layers, merge all the text layers.

If you think you may want to use the same text again Copy/Paste as New Image and then export as pic tube or make a custom brush from the new image.
