There is a font that you can use. It's from Lettering Delights, called Patient ID. I'll add a picture of it. The only bad news...you have to purchase it or if you get lucky and get it as one of the free fonts for signing up on the newsletter. By the way it's worth signing up for that newsletter! Cool fonts.
