Lol... just like Epson. It most likely will not be a driver issue if you can print just fine from Film Factory. You can check the printer settings when you print just in case the driver is overriding the software.. be sure the printer is set to print photo quality.. and check to be sure the paper source is correct.

The fuzzy thing is usually a DPI issue.. but in most cases, this would result in pixellated photos.. not necessarily fuzzy photos. I would say that most likely the photos are not being given a resolution about 72dpi... try resampling them up to 300dpi and give it a try. Good luck!
