It takes a little fiddling but you can create curved text in any version of PictureIt! / Digital Image Pro/Suite with the Shaped Text option.

Open up the layout you wish to add curved text to or a blank canvas.
The idea is to combine the preset text shapes.
Select Text> Insert Shaped Text

Choose the top arc.

Type your text into the edit text box and select OK

Select a font – it’s important to select the font you wish to use at the first step so that you can judge how the text looks as it is manipulated. Some fonts warp when using shaped text and are not suited.
Here I’ve chosen a font called Corky.
Choose Text> Insert Shaped Text and choose the bottom arc

Type in your text and choose OK

You can see below that this arc of text is of a different size. Resize the text using any corner resize handle until the text is the same size.

Manipulate the arcs using the rotate handle to create a curve .

Continue adding and manipulating the curved text as required.

Experiment with combining other preset text shapes to create unique journaling.
