Open a large transparent image
In your color styles box, set foreground to a light gray and background to a darker gray or black.

Next click on Preset Shapes
When your Tool options box opens scroll through and find a shape you like. It can be any shape - I picked heart1
Make sure Antialias and create as vector are checked
line width 8 solid line

Now on your image draw out your shape rather large.

Go to Layers and click convert to Raster Layer
Go to Effects~Texture Effects~Sculpture
Presets~Gold and click ok
Your shape should now look like this

On your styles color box null your background color.

Click preset shapes then find Elipse
(Leave all other settings just as you had them )

On your Shape image draw a small circle shape and position it someplace at the top of
your shape so that the bottom of the circle just touches the top edge of your shape

Layers~Convert to raster

Go back to Effects~~Texture Effects~Sculpture
Presets~Gold and click ok
Layers~Merge~Merge Visible

You can now add a drop shadow if you wish
Save it as a PSP Tube or PNG file
and you are done! You can now hang it on ribbons or whatever you wish to.
