Photo Impact has some great built in effects that you can apply to your photos

Open your Photo

Press F2 on your keyboard to open the EasyPallet

Click on the Effect Gallery

To apply an effect to your photo, click the effect and drag it to your picture.

If you want to change the variation on the effect, click the variation button in the tool bar of the EasyPallette

It will have variations surrounding the middle (current) that you can apply by double-clicking the variation.

These variations can be customized further by clicking Options.

For this specific effect:  Turn Page, you can see all the various options you can adjust.

After getting your settings where you want them, click OK and the effect is applied to you photo.

To remove the effect and try another one, click the Undo button or press Ctrl+Z on your keyboard.

Try out some of the other effect available for your photos.

This effect is a Material Effect called Tile.

This effect is a Color Adjustment – H&S 4

This effect is Artistic – Duotone Effect

This effect is Photographic – Spot Filter 1

Play around with these effects!  I’m sure you will love the look of your photos!
