HOW TO: Submit Elements to SBB ***UPDATED***

Thank you for your interest in submitting elements to Scrapbook-Bytes, it is our pleasure
to offer the community a wide array of elements ranging in all different styles.
When you submit elements to the above email address you accept the following terms:
1. Scrapbook-Bytes reserve the right to reject or remove any questionable submissions at anytime with a note to the creator immediately following to resolve or fix the issue at hand.
2. You agree that Scrapbook-Bytes is not liable for any submissions that contain copyright infringed material
3. When submitting you claim that your submission are entirely your own creation.
Please use the following guidelines when submitting your work to ensure fast uploading.
Submission Requirements:
1. All elements must be 300 dpi.
a. Creating in 200dpi and resaving at 300dpi is not a true 300dpi image and will
rejected; you will be asked to resubmit your item/s.
2. All submissions MUST contain a readme.txt file in the zip/s; including creator’s
information and any additional information pertinent to the submission, INCLUDING your TERMS OF USE.
3. A jpg sample must be included and must be UNDER 125K in size. The sample MUST be outside the zip file.
4. Each member is limited to a submission TOTAL of 30MB per month.
5.A single zip file is required with a maximum size of 30MB - You can use a file sharing site such as yousendit.com or rapidshare.de to send your file.
6. Brushes - .abr files
a. All brushes must be accompanied with a image pack; png format.
b. This allows for users with programs such as PhotoImpact and
Digital Image Pro to also create stamps in their programs with
the images that originally made the brushes
File Naming:
a. Please name your files in the following format:
i. firstname_lastname_itemname.zip
ii. firstname_lastname_sample.jpg
b. Please be consistent in your file naming as this speeds up the upload process
and ensures correct linking.
c. The file names must be ONE CONTINUOUS STRING – absolutely no
spaces. Should there be spaces the items will be returned for resubmission.
Please be sure that your creations meet all of the above criteria.
PLEASE NOTE:
* Submissions are thoroughly reviewed and it may take up to 5 working days before they are available on site.
* Remember that submitting items does not guarantee that they will be uploaded to the download gallery.
* We will make our best effort in assisting you to make your items accepted for download.
