Either you want to add an aged look to a photo, or the
colors in your photo just aren’t matching the papers and elements that you want
to use, sometimes you want to turn your photo sepia, and with PhotoImpact, there
is a quick and easy way.
First, open up the photo you want to use. Choose Format/DataType/Grayscale.
A black and white copy of your photo will pop up in a new window. Then, with
this new photo, repeat the process Format/DataType, but choose RBG True Color.
This is the window you’ll be working in.
Now all you have to do is go to Format/Color Balance, and
click on the yellow and orange hues until you get the shade you are looking for.
When you get the hue you are looking for, hit the OK button
and you’ve now got a sepia photo you can scrap with.
