Find and open a bright image in PSP, I am using the photo of an old Easter Greetings Card that I have received a few years back, and using here for the first time, especially for the purpose of a tutorial.

Run Effects > Reflection effects> Kaleidoscope I usually just press the dice button until the picture looks like a nice pattern, that you’d like to use

Press key S for Select, selection type circle, place the cursor in the middle of your Kaleidoscope and select a circle of a required size.

Ctrl+C > Ctrl+V. = Copy this circle and Paste as a new image,

Now we need to give it a slight dimension, so play with the Inner bevel settings, see below!

Repeat from the beginning for a different look. Here is what I have got after five minutes of playing with the Kaleidoscope settings, to add to my collection of funky brads! Show me what you come up with!

Resize and recolor as you please, there are infinite opportunities to decorate and change these brads in accordance with your individual taste. Enjoy! Remember to save the individual embellishments as png. files to preserve the transparency.
