Step One
Duplicate the photo.

Step Two
At the top of the layers palette, select channels and click on it.
The layers pallette will look like this.

Step Three
Click on the Green layer.
Click Alt +A (select all)
Click Alt + C (copy)

Step Four
Click on the Red layer.
Click Alt + V (paste)

Step Five
Now click on the RGB layer.

Step Six
Go to the layers drop down menu and find
Add Layer Mask> Hide All, then click.

The screen will now look more normal to you! Enlarge your photo so you can easily work with the eyes.

Step Seven
Select the Brush Tool. Find a hard round brush to fit the red part of the eye.
Simply click the brush over the red portion and it instantly covers it.

If you make a mistake, simply reverse the brush color from white to black and go over the mistake.
Change back to white to resume correcting the red eye.

Step Eight
When all done, merge down. Crtl + E. Save your new photo.
