Aligning and distributing multiple objects is relatively simple in Photoshop.
With the layout open, roughly position the objects where you wish them to be. The first and last objects should be positioned at the end points and distribute will make its calculations based on their position.

Select the Move tool from the tool palette and use CTRL and click to select the layers that hold the items you wish to align. In this case I’d like to line up the four smaller flowers across the bottom of the layout.
In the Move tool options bar, the Align and Distribute icons will appear. You can hover over each icon to see a description.

Firstly align the pieces along an edge or center line. In the case below the flowers are all positioned exactly the same so choosing Align bottom edges will ensure they are aligned correctly.
However since I would prefer the flowers to be not be so uniform and so have tilted each one by selecting Align vertical centers the flowers will be aligned through the center point.
While the flowers are now aligned the spacing irregularities are glaringly obvious.
With the four flowers still selected, choose from one of the distribution options. To evenly space these flowers I’ve selected Distribute horizontal centers
The flowers are now evenly distributed and aligned at the bottom of the layout.
