Ok after searching high and low I finally found it here Mayang Textures look for the one named “Feltlike Material” click until you get to the largest size and save picture as.
Now you can use this by placing it in your Patterns Folder for PSP. I did Resize my copy of the felt material to 300ppi and changed the dimensions to roughly 6x6. The reason for this is you notice that the pattern has a distinct darker edge around the bottom and halfway up the sides. But I wanted to have that variance on my final felt image. You can play around and adjust your copy of leave it where it is.
Since the only thing we are after is basically the texture it is ok if it wasn’t originally created at 300ppi like other elements and papers.
The next thing I did was open a new image at the size of 6x6 inches, 300 ppi and picked a background color that I wanted for my felt.
The reason I chose a 6x6 image to create my felt on is that I don’t know why anyone would want a 12x12 sheet of digital felt? But you are more then welcome to take this tutorial and make it fit your needs.
Create a new layer then using the Flood Fill Tool, find the Mayang Texture in the your patterns dropdown list in your materials palette and fill this layer. Now adjust your blend modes to find one that suits your needs. I found that Luminance made very rich brightly colored felt, but again the settings will change depending on your color choice.
Before you cut your shape from the felt image, make sure to Merge Visible your two layers.
The other thing I did when creating my Preset Vector Flower Shaped Felt. I adjusted the feather with the selection Magic Wand tool to around 2-5 outside feather so that the edges of my felt shape where not hard and sharp. But feathering the selection it gives the appearance of fuzzy felt.
But remember you can cut out any shape you want from your felt image and decorate them anyway you want.
