customer.service@scrapbook-bytes.com

1. If your Adobe version asks for a plug-in:

About the Acrobat Weblink Plug-in
In order for Acrobat to follow the embedded links in a document, you must have the weblink plug-in. If you have Acrobat Exchange/Reader version 3.0 or greater, then you already have this plug-in. If you have an older version of Acrobat Exchange/Reader then you need the latest version of The Acrobat Reader; follow these steps:

**First, go to the Adobe homepage.
**Once there, select plugins.
**Then, select your operating system (the weblink plug-in is only supported on Windows and Macintosh systems).
Find the plug-in and download it to your system.
**Then, follow the instructions for installing the plug-in.
**If you have Acrobat Exchange 1.0 or 2.1, you will need to download the free Acrobat Reader or contact Adobe so that you can upgrade your present version of Exchange to version 3.0 or greater.

Once you've upgraded to a new version of Acrobat Exchange/Reader, you now have to tell it where your web browser is located. You do this from the Edit menu: Open the edit menu. Scroll down to Preferences. Open the Preferences menu and click on `weblink'. In the weblink box, set the location for your web browser. If you don't know the location of your web browser, ask your administrator. Once you've completed this, Acrobat will now automatically launch the web browser.

2. If you receive information before downloading or opening your pdf/zip file and it request "configuration of your browser", or anything along those lines, please reference the following link:
http://www.proforce.net/tip_control..._behaviour.html

3. If you have a download manager such as "ReGet" or "Internet Download Manager" installed, please attempt to download or connect to your download link with these turned off. Or be sure and enter in the username and password provided to you (if you received one) in the properties for that particular connection.

4. If the file you download is empty / blank / corrupt when you try to unzip it, please temporarily disable any active firewall software running on your computer and re-download the file, then re-activate your firewall! (this would include Norton Internet Security and ZoneAlarm among a few)

5. Q: I can't log into my cart.
A: All previous customers of the old cart (pre Jan 2005) will need to re-establish their account at our new store.

6. Q: I preorderd the Ezine and it's now available for download but when I visit the link the page says "order not available"
A: Be sure that you scroll down to the bottom of the page past the Ezine preview information. You will find a yellow download button at the bottom of the page.
